Sylwester Ratowt

Sylwester Ratowt is an independent scholar living in Georgia. He has a Ph.D. in History of Science from the University of Oklahoma, where he studied the nature of disciplinary discourse in the earth sciences. He has worked for the bibliography since 2002 as the main technical consultant on the project.
